LIBRARY BOARD MEETING May 25 1971 10:00 AM Library.
Maxine Eidson, Librarian, called the meeting and presided.
The following subjects were discussed by members attending:
Need to set time and date of future meetings
Friends of the Library
Officers
Budgets
Book needs
Acceptance of Title I program.
The following actions were taken.
Board to meet on the fourth Tuesday of each month except
December, June, July, and August, when no meeting
will be held on a regular basis. Time to be 10;00 AM
except for meetings in the months of October, Febr,iary,
and April, when meetings will be held at ?:30 PM.
Place to be the library.
Officers willbe elected in September.
Budget was presented and approved for fiscal year 1971-72.
Members attending: Abbie Brown, Deloris Strawn, Nancy Armstrong.
