All members present except F. Florence. The minutes were
reaa and approved on a motion by Nancy Armstrong and a
second by Riney Jordans The librarian gave a short,

;_ report on circulation. The board _ read the letters and
card to be used on overdue notices. There was some
constructive criticism on the wording. The librarian
will correct the wording and check with the beard.
The note from the McClintock Family was passed around
and read. Also, the librarian noted that it was Sue
Timmons birthday and her soroity diad brought a pot plant
to the Library in her memory. It was pointed out that
Sandy McLeon had a display of repression Glass in our
new . display case.
Because the Librarian was due to attend the City Council
meeting at 7:30,# Hazel Cashman made a motion that the
board adjourn the meeting, Father B. Seconded the motion,

Motion carried. Meeting adjourned at 5:45 pia. Abbie
we thank you again for the good sandwiches.
