�bbie Brown and F. Florence were absent. The 'minutes were read
,and approved on a motion by Frances Halstead and a`Second
,by Father B._ Librarian gave a circulation report and also
reviewed the form letters to be used for overdue notices.
Riney Jordan made a motion that we use form letters as
outlined by Librarian. Hazel `Cashman seconded the motion.
Motion carried.The Librarian explained the need for a
working volunteer program.The volunteers could be of service
,.
in the library or when a book rack at the nursing homes is
established. Hazel Cashman said she would work with Autumn
Haven #1.,(Director of Activities -Sherry Still) ---Vivian
,Tribble will work with Autumn Haven ##2;(Director of
Activities -Audrey Jones). Frances Halstead will work
with Brookhollow. THis program will have to be established
;with the Nursing Homes before the program can start.
Father B. made the suggestion that we have a Bible display
around Easter time.
Nancy Armstrong made a motion that we foregoe the meeting
for December because it was so close to Christmas and also be-
cause the librarian will be on vacation. Frances Halstead
'seconded the motion. Motion carried. The meeting adjourned
at 5:50 on a motion by Vivian Tribble and a second by
