,The meeting was called to order by Chairman Pewitt.

The minutes were read and apporved without correction.

The librarian gave a report on circulation, fine money,
review.
etc. She also gave a short on the years work.
'There was a short discussion on slitting up the Nursing,
Home shelves. The librarian reported she had not contacted
the directors yet.
Announcemnts were made: TLA Convention in Houston
April 7-10. Futures Committee meeting at 10:00 am
February 3. Fath .rB, suggested that we have a
"book fair" in the spring and encourage patrons to
buy books for the library in honor or in memory of:
someone. Librarian said she would contact salesmen
to see if they could be available.
The motion to adjourn was made by Riney Jordan and was
seconded by Florence Florence. Adjourned 5:50, Abbie"
