Tuesday, March 30,
;Two members absent: Father B and Ed Pewitt.
'The minutes were read and approved on a motion by
Vivian Tribble and a second by Abbie Brown. Several
announcements were made: circulation, letter on
certification sent, recent meeting of TH.LA and what
transpired there. The final _plans were made for
Open House for Sunday April 4,.2-4 pm. Also plans
._were made for the next THLA meeting to be held in
the Library on April: 16 at 9:30 am. Vivian Tribble
will be the speaker. There was a discussion on the
terms of the three board members who term has run out.
Father B. Nancy Armstrong: and Frances Halstead. They
are all willing to serve again.
Riney Jordan made a motion that Ed Pewitt be elected
to be our represenative to the Advisory Council meeting
in May. Frances Halstead seconded the motion. Carried,
