Three members were absent: Abbie Brown, 11iney Jordan
and Father B. The minutes were read and approved on
a motion by Frances Halstead and a second by Hazel
Cashman. Robbie Gibbs, reported on the TRLA meeting

which Vivian; Tribble was ,the speaker. Fd T'ewitt
appointed the nominating comratttee: Frances Halstead,
Florence Florence, and Riney Jordan. Nancy Armstrong
informed us that she was to go in for surgery the
next day. Best of loch, Jlaney. Robbie reminded the
board that the May meeting would be the last meeting
until September, and also told them she was fining

dinner for them that
on night.(May 25). There was
limited discussion on several different matters, such
as; the possibility of attending a few Cite Council
meetings_, the May Advisory Board meeting ,which :fid
is the representtive from this Library, and several
other items which yid not have to be acted on,
