Father B. called_ the meeting to order. Mrs. Gibbs informed the
Board that the City Council would discuss the plans . at Tuesday

July 26, council meeting. She also stated that they would either
need their approva or disapproval of the architects Plans th�r - l:
David Shanks and. Jerry Halcomb of the firm, Hatfic - d and halcomb, '
discussed the plans for the Library section of the complex.
A discussion and question period followed concerning the feasibility
of the plant as presented._ Some members expressed concern over thy.

After much discussion, Fd Pew tt made the motion t,�hat the plans
be approved and the message bc, rclayed to,theCity- _ Council

�. Frances Halstead seconded the motion. Motion carried
unanimc>us?ya Riney Jordan agreed to meet with the _ City Council
can July- 26 : at 6:30 pm to present the rec ommendati-On to the City
Council. Special guests included Linden ingles of! the Airport
Advertiser.
