RECOMMENDATION:
Staff recommends the Planning and Zoning Commission and the City Council accept the
applicant's request to table conditional use request CU16-26 to the November 15, 2016
meeting, and take any other action necessary.
BACKGROUND:
Conditional use request CU16-26 was submitted by Jared Stanyer for property
addressed at 1901 South Main Street, for a proposed two story 34,900 square foot
indoor shooting range and office space. The applicant is asking to table the request to
the November 15 meeting for personal reasons.

in the agenda this month to the November meeting. We have a scheduling conflict that has presented
