Z The onsite utility easements provide for a utility network to serve the development of this site. ® The onsite drainage easements provide for a drainage network to serve the development of this site. ❑ The onsite access easements provide cross access capabilities to this site and surrounding property. ® The onsite sidewalk easements provide for a sidewalk network to serve the development of this site.
