SUBJECT: EXTENSION OF PLANNED DEVELOPMENT OVERLAY PD15-04
STONE BRIDGE OAKS, 4632 TREVOR TRAIL
RECOMMENDATION:
Staff has received a request from Anne Yelken requesting a one-year extension to their
previously approved Planned Development Overlay PD15-04 (Ord. 15-56) to amend the
previously approved site plan of PD10-04 (Ord. 2010-33), specifically to allow an
emergency only access gate on the southbound State Highway 360/Trevor Trail frontage
road to expire on September 15, 2017.
BACKGROUND INFORMATION:
Planned Development Overlay Request P015-04 was originally considered and approved
at the September 15, 2015 joint public hearing. The site is located at 4632 Trevor Trail and
platted as Stone Bridge Oaks Addition. See attached letter.

I am asking for an extension for the Gate that was approved by the City Council on Sept 15, 2015. We are in
negotiations with the Builder, who is paying for the gate and they are holding things up. If there is anything else I need
to know, please let me know.
