SUBJECT: GRAPEFEST 2002 UPDATE
BACKGROUND:
The purpose of this agenda item is to update Council on changes that have been made
and are contemplated for this year's GrapeFest. The plan to extend the festival to a
fourth day remains in place, but there are changes to the footprint and there is an
additional beneficiary for a portion of the proceeds from the festival.
