June 27, 2002 (8:24AM) June 14, 2002 To: Burl Gilliam Chairman, Grapevine Historic Preservation Commission Grapevine City Council Dear Burl, It is with deepest regret that I tender my resignation from the Grapevine Historic Preservation Commission effective June 30, 2002. My husband has elected to take a new opportunity within his company in Houston. While we will miss Grapevine, I fully support a new challenge. We plan to move to Houston in mid-July. I have enjoyed learning more about historic preservation, working with the other commissioners, and experiencing the support of a wonderful City Council. I hope if we ever return to Grapevine that I may have the opportunity to serve again. Sincerely, Susan Allen 205 E.
