This area is designated as CDBG Target Area #1. This project includes funding from the last three years of CDBG program as well as surplus funding from the 23rd year CDBG program and funding from the City of Grapevine. These improvements will contribute to the upgrade of the area by providing an improved roadway surface for Smith Street. There were a total of eleven bidders on this project.
