SUBJECT: IMPACT FEE ADVISORY COMMITTEE APPOINTMENTS
RECOMMENDATION:
City Council consider re -appointing the five current Impact Fee Advisory Committee
Members, and take any necessary action.
BACKGROUND:
State Law requires that a minimum of two of the five members of the Impact Fee
Advisory Committee must be from the real estate or development business.
The current members are:
Bob Burrus, Chairman
Tim Lancaster
Neva Frymire
Kathy Livengood
Robert Meyers
Ex -Officio Members
Roy Stewart
Ted Ware
The five members have agreed to continue service on this committee.
Staff recommends approval.
