The lot being replatted is currently occupied by a single family brick and wood residence but the lot is currently zoned as part of the adjoining mobile home park. At the same time as the replat review, we would like to have the lot rezoned to single family which would put it more in line with the zoning for the other residences in the neighborhood. The lot will require a variance for the setbacks required in the side yard and possibly the rear yard. I am including 10 copies of the lot showing the position of the house on the lot, to be used in analysis of the variance for setbacks. After review of this submittal, please let me know of any additional materials required, as well as any questions you may have. Thank you.
