The Site Plan Review Committee of the City of Grapevine, Texas met in Session, on
this the 2nd day of November 2016, in the Planning and Zoning Conference Room, 200
South Main Street, Second Floor, Grapevine, Texas with the following members
present -to -wit:

constituting a quorum with the following City Staff:

Larry Oliver called the meeting to order at 1:30 p.m.
NEW BUSINESS
CONDITIONAL USE APPLICATION CU16-31 — MAIN EVENT
First for the Committee to consider was conditional use application CU16-31 for
property located at 407 West State Highway 114 and platted as Lot 6R1, Block 6,
Metroplace 2nd Installment. The applicant was requesting a conditional use permit to
amend the previously approved site plan of CU99-51 (Ord. 1999-139) for a planned
commercial center to allow the possession, storage, retail sales and on -premise
premise consumption of alcoholic beverages (beer, wine and mixed beverages) in
conjunction with a restaurant and bowling alley, specifically to allow modifications to the
interior and exterior elevations
After a brief discussion, Darlene Freed moved to approve conditional use application
CU16-31. Scott Williams seconded the motion, which prevailed by the following vote:
Ayes: Oliver, Freed and Williams
Nays: None
CONSIDERATION OF MINUTES
Next for the Committee to consider were the Site Plan Review Committee minutes of
October 5, 2016.

NOVEMBER 2, 2016
Larry Oliver moved to approve the Site Plan Review Committee minutes of October 5,
2016 with the amendment that the tables were removed for handicap accessibility to the
building. Scott Williams seconded the motion, which prevailed by the following vote:
Ayes: Oliver and Williams
Nays: None
Abstain: Freed
ADJOURNMENT
With no further business to discuss, Larry Oliver adjourned the meeting at 1:51 p.m.
