Due to utility relocation delays and the desire to minimize any inconveniences for the residents in this area, the funding from multiple years were combined so the entire project could be completed at one time. McMahon Contracting, Inc. was the low bidder on the project and their contract with Tarrant County was previously approved by the Grapevine City Council. Tarrant County Officials have recently notified staff that they need a resolution from the City confirming the City's funding participation in the amount specified in the project budget before they can proceed with the project. Staff recommends approval.
