GENERAL: • The applicant, Mr. Steve Skinner is platting this 1.42 acre site to build six residential homes. The property is located at the southeast corner of Dove Road and Hilltop Drive. II. STREET SYSTEM: • The development has access to Hilltop Drive and Dove Road. • Developer is required to build sidewalk, curb & gutter along Hilltop Drive.
