What the Church proposes is: - The church would provide the land on its Ball Street property which is adjacent to the Botanical Gardens for the construction of the parking lot. The parking lot would have driving access to Ball Street and the church's Schribner Street parking lot. The church would enter a long term lease agreement with the city such as we have with the Wilhoite parking lot. The city would have use of the parking lot for activities at the Botanical Gaxdens,Nash Farm, and city festivals. - In addition to providing the land, the church would provide up to $100,000. } Thank you, Ken Diehm Senior Pastor
