SUBJECT: WORKSHOP - EXPANSION OF THE MEMBERSHIP OF THE
COUNCIL FACILITIES COMMITTEE
BACKGROUND:
The City Council will discuss expanding the Council Facilities Committee from three
members to four members. The Committee meets with staff to review and discuss plans
and modifications to city facilities in Grapevine.
Staff has discussed this issue with City Attorney John Boyle and Mr. Boyle indicated that
four Council Members is a majority of the Council and recommends posting agendas for
all meetings involving the Council Facilities Committee.
