SUBJECT: COUNCIL MEETING DATE CHANGE
RECOMMENDATION:
Council to consider moving the June 17, 2008 Joint City Council and Planning Zoning
Commission meeting to Monday, June 23, 2008.
BACKGROUND INFORMATION:
Due to the Sister City trip to West Lothian, Scotland, it is necessary to move the June 17
Joint City Council and Planning & Zoning Commission meeting to Monday, June 23. The
Planning & Zoning Commission Members are in agreement with the date change.
