SUBJECT: EXPANSION/RENOVATION OF THE CAC
Steve Blackburn, President of Barker, Rinker, Seacat will be at the meeting to discuss the
following items with the Council.
• Schedule for the design phase
• Concept plan the Council selected at the May 1, 2012 meeting
• Schematic design of the proposed rooms in the CAC
• Exterior elevations of the CAC
• Ingress and egress for the Convention Center, Library and CAC
• Construction Manager At-Risk selection (staff will present this)
