SUBJECT: CONDITIONAL USE REQUEST CU07-44
RECOMMENDATION:
Staff recommends the City Council and the Planning and Zoning Commission accept the
applicant's request to withdraw conditional use request CU07-44 and take any other action
necessary.
BACKGROUND INFORMATION:
The applicant, Mr. James Lucas, submitted a conditional use request for property
addressed as 1331 West Wall Street to allow a funeral home. Due to neighborhood
opposition, the applicant has requested to withdraw his conditional use request. See the
attached letter.
