Designate a board member to keep the minutes of each meeting and take any
necessary action.
2. Review the 2011 Texas Department of State Health Services Animal Shelter report
and take any necessary action.
3. Review the 2011 Quarantine Facility Inspections report performed by the Texas
Department of State Health Services and take any necessary action.
4. Tour of the Animal Shelter, 500 Shady Brook, focusing on daily operations of the
shelter, addressing any concerns associated with animal hygiene/disease control
and take any necessary action.
