CITIZEN COMMENTS
Any person who is not scheduled on the agenda may address the Animal Shelter Advisory
Committee under Citizen Comments by completing a Citizen Appearance Request form. In
accordance with the Texas Open Meetings Act, the Committee is restricted in discussing or taking
action during Citizen Comments.
NEW BUSINESS
2. Consider the minutes of the March 30, 2016 Animal Shelter Advisory Committee meeting and take
any necessary action.
3. Consider the minutes of the June 3, 2016 Special Animal Shelter Advisory Committee meeting.
4. Review of shelter statistics for the quarter.
Discuss upcoming events.
6. Discuss current issues of Animal Services and Shelter.
General 2017 budget information and expectations.

ITEM 7.2017 BUDGET EXPECTATIONS
• A slight increase overall—animal food budget adjusted
• No big planned projects
ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business to come before the Committee, Jason Steinle offered a motion to adjourn
the meeting at 1:59 p.m. and Joy Mayo seconded. Motion prevailed by the following vote:
Ayes: Hallmark, Mayo, Snyder, Steinle, Valentine, Widmann
Nays- None
