Russell Pulley called the rneetirig to order at 5:02 p�.

ITEM I — DRIVING RANGE UPDATE — Russell Pulley
Russell. Pulley stated that the lights are getting closer to being installed. Hopefully they will be
installed next week.
rrEM 2 — IRVING GOLF SHOW — Russtj!_Eq!!a
Russell Pulley reported that the Irving Golf Show will, be held March 7-9, 2014 at the Irving
Convention Center. The Golf Advisory Board will be helping man the booth during the event. ff
anyone has any ideas for the booth please email or call Russell.

Russell PLdley stated that the Live Spot with The Ticket remote will be here on Saturday April
11 2014. \Ve will be sending out email reminder.
ITEM 7 — UPDAVE ON THE NEW RESTROOMS ON THE COURSE — Russell Tulle
There was a vote to approve the installation of` one new restroom on Pecan and one new restroom
on Mockingbird.

Attached is the quote for the outside cleaning crew to come and clean the restroorns.
ITEM 9 -- DISCUSSION OF BOARD RETREAT — John McGrane
,John McGrane stated that there will be further discussion on whether or not to have a meeting on
having a Golf Advisory retreat. The board will also discussion on where to go in the next 3-5
years.
ITEM 10 - GOLF COURSE MAINTENANCt: RL;PQRT — Merlin Tielkemeier
Merlin 'Fielkemcier stated that winter is still going on and that we are having a colder winter
than in the past years. fie stated the equipment is being worked on and his crew will. re -drain
some of the sand traps on the Pecan nine, He stated that there will probably be 6 more weeks of
winter,
CONSIDERATION OF MINUTES
Danny Langley asked for a motion to approve the minutes. Louis Capone made the motion to
approve on January 23, 2014 minutes and was seconded by Gary Davis. The motion prevailed by
the following vote: Ayes: Langley, Davis, Capone, Kormondy, Springer, Ruddick, Wall, Lease,
McGrane and Pulley. Nayes: None
ADJOURNMENT
Danny Langley asked for a motion to adjourn the meeting. The motion to adjourn was made by.
Gary Davis and seconded by Louis Capone. The motion prevailed by the following vote: Ayes:
Langley, Davis, Capone, Kormondy, Springer, Ruddick, Wall, I.,ease, McGrane and Pulley.
Nayes: None
