Danny Langley called the meeting to order at 5:01 p.rn,

ITEM I — QFW GOLF SHOW BOOTH RECAP
Russell reported that the booth was ver°v active, even inore Ir(iffie than the previous year. Thanks
to all that parlicipatedftorn the board. Discussions ivere had with several potential outing
groups./br the upcoming season. This event is d(finilely worth participating in again.
ITEM 2 — UPDATE PRACTICE RANG LIGHT'S
Wednesday April 30 will be the Grand Opening of night range, The Mayor and invited
council ivill be present. A mbucs has (j.( greed to cook hot dogs and and Mulligan
has donated the waterfi)r the event.
ITEM 3 — DISCUSSION OF ROLES and RESPONSIBILITIES of ADV BOARD
MEMBERS
ITEM 4 — CONCOURSE BUILDING
John McGrane mentioned he had been in contact with PW McCallum, about the possibility o

taking over the Concourse Building and possible ways that the building could be utilized.

ITEM 6 — DISCUSSION of DIGITAL CADDIES
Russell let the Board know that the Golf Course would be installing (_.;PS units on the golf carts
and that the installation date would be in late ,July, maybe sooner i1'1)o.VS,ihle.
ITEM 7 — GOLF COURSE MAINTENANC'E REPORT'
Merlin reported that it was nice to be through the winter. The greens were covered 6 times
during this past winter. Thefifirwa,Y), and greens carne out ok. Bluebonnets not as plentiful this
year as las/ because of the winter. Merlin .saki' his new (is,sisictnl,�ijpet'inteii(,Ient starts next week.
