CITIZEN COMMENTS There were no citizen comments. ITEM I — Summary ( _L) I �Qe ra t �io n s Russell Pulley gave rounds report, tournatnents hooked report. Russell reported that Walter Green should be back Mid MaY. Revenues were reported as being $85, 000. less than prior year due to excess days closed in Feb- March due to weather related issues: 28 days in 2015 vs. 16 days in 2014. ITEM 2 — Summary of Activities for 2015 Season Russell gave hooked oulingy event report as, well asShawn Humphries report ell additional $3000. per month in revenue. &heduled aclivilies.1br 2015 included ,Ir. programs, Get Goll' Ready programs, Par 3 Thursdays, Couples events, as well as both increased Private and group instruction. ITEM 3 — Wall of Honor nominations Verbiage for Wall of honor nominees: Phil Parker and Michelle Isbell was presented by Russell with an invitation to amend if had better ideas for be different verbiage. ITEM 4 — Lone Range planninf,! Committee u-ndate by Mike Lease Mike Lease presented a handout highlighting items that needed to be addressed in a potential 5 year plan fiu, the Coll CCurse. A suggestion was made to do a survey to gel more inpulftoni our golfers. ITEM 5 — Smoking in Mullivan's Grill and Concourse Propose to recommend to remove both the concourse building and Alfulligan's Grill.1rom the exception list to the current City Policy. This was recoininended acrd seconded by committee with 2 members ahslainin,[p N ITEM 6 —State of Pecan Trees on 91 and 49 Fairway on Bluebonnet Danny Langley ask the question regarding these two trees. It was reported that both frees, had been hit multiple times by lighting and were starting to green back lip but slowly. ITEM 7 — Summary of Quality of Life Survey A discussion about the results of the Quality of Life Survey was had by the cointifillee. The results Showing that only I / % othose laking the .survey ,441 like the Golf `Course rated as vet important. 47% rated as not important. Golf did not niake the top 10 list of 'what those taking the survey,/elt was important to their needs. 1'arks, Fire and I'D had the greatesiftedback. Golf Course Maintenance report Merlin reported that greens needed to be covered twice this year vs 6 liazes,- in 2014. Merlin reported that the golf Coarse was starting to green up but very slowly because ofthe still cool nights. CONSIDERATION OF MINUTES Consideration to approve the minutes from the January 15, 2015 meeting were tityn-oved with the addition of Shelley Ruddick being, in attendance.
