I. CALL TO ORDER AND WELCOME II. WORK SESSION A. Approved Certificate of Appropriateness as follows: #CA12-15 for property located at 705 South Main Street, Heritage Center; #CA12-36 for property located at 520 South Main Street, Jakes Hamburgers. III. PUBLIC HEARING A. Commission to hold a public hearing relative to continuation of a case for Certificate of Appropriateness Application #CA12-34 for property located at 235 Austin Street, legally described as Block 105, lot 1A, College Heights Addition, City of Grapevine and take any necessary action. B. Commission to hold a public hearing relative to a Certificate of Appropriateness Application #CA12-31 for property located at 105-107, 113-119 South Main Street, legally described as Leonard, Archibald F Survey, A 946 Tr 7, 7A, 7B, 7C, & 7D & 8, City of Grapevine and take any necessary action. IV. WORKSHOP A. Commission to hold a Workshop on Design Review Requirements for Historic District Properties. V. MINUTES A. Commission to consider the minutes of the June 27, 2012 Meeting. VI.
