COURSE BUNKER RENOVATIONS FOR THE GRAPEVINE
COURSE
RECOMMENDATION:
City Council to consider approval for the award of RFB 443-2017 for Golf Course Bunker
Renovations for the Grapevine Golf Course to Fleetwood Services LLC.
FUNDING SOURCE:
Funding for this purchase is currently available in accounts 210-48810-340-1 (Land
Improvements)for$108,650.00 and 113-48810-340GV15G3-03 (Land Improvements)for
$96,350.00 for a total amount not to exceed $205,000.00.
BACKGROUND:
The bid request is for the renovation of all sand bunkers for Grapevine Golf Course.
Fleefinrood Services LLC has met all the qualifications that were required for the bid.
Fleetwood Services LLC is the lowest responsible and responsive bid. The bid tabulation
is attached.
Bids were taken in accordance with Local Government Code Chapter 252, Subchapter B,
Section 252.021 (a) and Section 252.041 (a). The bid advertisement was posted in the
Fort Worth Star-Te/egram on November 17 and 24, 2016. There were 776 invitations sent
out through the eBid Procurement system. Six bids were received.

PURCHASING DEPARTMENT RECOMMENDATION:
Fleetwood Services, LLC appears to have submitted the lowest responsive and responsible bid for the
Better Billy Bunker System for the Golf Course Bunker Renovation.
After reviewing the bids, it appears that Fleetwood Senrices LLC has the low bid. They also meet our
, requirements including being certified to install the Better Billy Bunker System.
