FUNDING SOURCE: Funding for this purchase is currently available in account 121-48850-312-16-160001 (Shade Structures-QOL) for a total amount not to exceed $89,300. BACKGROUND: This purchase is for shade structures to cover the dugouts and bleachers at the two Bear Creek athletic fields. Currently there is no shade over the dugouts for the participants or shade over the patron viewing area. This purchase will be made in accordance with an existing interlocal agreement with The Local Government Purchasing Cooperative (BuyBoard) as allowed by Texas Local Government Code, Chapter 271 and Texas Government Code, Chapter 791. Bids were taken by the Cooperative and a contract was awarded to Site Source, Inc.
