The Site Plan Review Committee of the City of Grapevine, Texas met in Session, on
this the 8t" day of March 2017, in the Planning and Zoning Conference Room, 200
South Main Street, Second Floor, Grapevine, Texas with the following members
present -to -wit:

Constituting a quorum with the following City Staff:

CALL TO ORDER
Darlene Freed called the meeting to order at 1:33 p.m.
NEW BUSINESS
CONDITIONAL USE APPLICATION CU17-04 — GATEHOUSE IN GRAPEVINE
First for the Committee to consider was conditional use application CU17-04 for
property located at 670 Gatehouse Drive and platted as Lot 1AR, Block 1, The
Gatehouse in Grapevine. The applicant was requesting a conditional use permit to
amend the previously approved site plan to extract a 2.49 acre portion of the lot for use
as a day care.
After a brief discussion, Darlene Freed moved to approve conditional use application
CU17-04. Scott Williams seconded the motion, which prevailed by the following vote:
Ayes: Freed and Williams
Nays: None
CONSIDERATION OF MINUTES
Next for the Committee to consider were the Site Plan Review Committee minutes of
February 8, 2017.
Approval of the February 8, 2017 minutes was tabled to the next Site Plan Review
committee meeting
