CALL TO ORDER
OATH OF OFFICE
1. Returning board members Joy Mayo and Larry Hallmark receive oath of office.
CITIZEN COMMENTS
1. Any person who is not scheduled on the agenda may address the Animal Shelter Advisory
Committee under Citizen Comments by completing a Citizen Appearance Request form. In
accordance with the Texas Open Meetings Act, the Committee is restricted in discussing or taking
action during Citizen Comments.
NEW BUSINESS
2. Elect chairperson.
3. Consider the minutes of the June 15, 2016 Animal Shelter Advisory Committee meeting.
4. Review of shelter statistics for the quarter.
5. Staff hiring update.
6. Discuss current issues of Animal Services and Shelter.
7. Discuss upcoming events.
