Roy Stewart - Last week 3 council members and a group of PARD/Maintenance went to Denver, Colorado to meet with the Architect and Building Manager of the renovations of CAC. Saw a total of 7 facilities. The trip was worthwhile and able to give the council a feel for what they want. - On renovations the senior area looks like it will be really useful for seniors and other members. - Completion should be in 2015 as they will still have the CAC open during renovations. - There are 3 phases to the building;parking will be the first phase. b. Trent Kelley- SAC - The trip to Colorado was able to give the Council and PARD staff perspectives; as the Council is looking for the best interest for the residents and the PARD/Maintenance looking at facilities side of the building. They were able to see the actual facilities in person and help with decisions. - They have finished the schematic design and are now in the Design Development which includes the budget.
