REQUEST Z12-07 AND PLANNED DEVELOPMENT OVERLAY
PD12-05 SCRIBNER STREET STORAGE
RECOMMENDATION:
Staff recommends the City Council and Planning and Zoning Commission accept the
applicant's request to table Conditional Use Application CU 12-27, Zone Change Request
Z12-07 and Planned Development Overlay PD12-05 to the August 21, 2012 meeting and
take any other necessary action.
BACKGROUND INFORMATION:
The applicant, Mr. Skip Blake has submitted a conditional use application, zone change
request and planned development overlay to rezone 3.44 acres from "R-MF-1" Multifamily
District and "R-MF-2" Multifamily District to"CC"Community Commercial District and allow
public storage garages, boat and R.V. storage and caretaker quarters. The applicant is
asking to table the request to the August 17, 2012 meeting. Please seethe attached letter.
