RECOMMENDATION
Staff recommends the City Council and the Planning and Zoning Commission accept the
applicant's request to table conditional use application CU12-25 to the August 21, 2012
meeting and take any other action necessary.
BACKGROUND INFORMATION
A conditional use application was submitted by Brian Lisankie for property located at 1960
Enchanted Way specifically for the development of an indoor shooting range. The
applicant has asked to table the request until the August 2.1, 2012 meeting in order to
further develop the building elevations and site landscaping. See the attached letter.

Please accept this letter as our request to table the referenced Conditional Use Permit application
at the upcoming July 17th joint meeting of the Planning and Zoning Commission and City Council. Our
request to table will allow us additional time to further the development of the building architecture,
building materials and landscape plan. Our goal is finalize this information over the next two weeks so
that we will be ready to present our request at the joint meeting on August 21, 2012.
