SITE PLAN REVIEW COMMITTEE JULY 12, 2017 STATE OF TEXAS COUNTY OF TARRANT CITY OF GRAPEVINE The Site Plan Review Committee of the City of Grapevine, Texas met in Session, on this the 12th day of July 2017, in the Planning and Zoning Conference Room, 200 South Main Street, Second Floor, Grapevine, Texas with the following members present -to - wit: Larry Oliver Chairman Darlene Freed Member Scott Williams Member Constituting a quorum with the following City Staff: Ron Stombaugh Development Services Assistant Director Albert Triplett Jr. Planner II Susan Batte Planning Technician Chairman Oliver called the meeting to order at 1:30 p.m. NEW BUSINESS CONDITIONAL USE APPLICATION CU17-16 — MCDONALD'S First for the Committee to consider was conditional use application CU17-16 for property located at 5345 William D Tate Avenue and platted as Lot 3, Block 1, Mulberry Square. The applicant was requesting a conditional use permit for a planned commercial center to relocate a refuse container on Lot 3, specifically to modify the exterior elevations and drive through area for McDonald's. After a brief discussion, Darlene Freed moved to approve conditional use application CU17-16. Scott Williams seconded the motion, which prevailed by the following vote: Ayes: Oliver, Freed and Williams Nays: None CONDITIONAL USE APPLICATION CU17-17 — MCDONALD'S Next for the Committee to consider was conditional use application CU17-17 for property located at 101 East State Highway 114 and platted as Lot 1A1, Block A, Trinity Industries. The applicant was requesting a conditional use permit to allow for a revised floor plan, modify the exterior elevations and drive through area for McDonald's. 07'1217 SITE PLAN REVIEW COMMITTEE JULY 12, 2017 After a brief discussion, Larry Oliver moved to approve conditional use application CUl 7-17. Scott Williams seconded the motion, which prevailed by the following vote: Ayes: Oliver, Freed and Williams Nays: None CONSIDERATION OF MINUTES Next for the Committee to consider were the Site Plan Review Committee minutes of February 8, 2017. Larry Oliver moved to approve the Site Plan Review Committee minutes of February 8, 2017. Scott Williams seconded the motion, which prevailed by the following vote: Ayes: Oliver and Williams Nays: None Abstain: Freed Next for the Committee to consider were the Site Plan Review Committee minutes of May 3, 2017. Larry Oliver moved to approve the Site Plan Review Committee minutes of May 3, 2017.
