A. Approved Certificate of Appropriateness as follows:
#CA12-37 for property located at 405 South Main Street;
#CA12-46 for property located at 520 South Main Street, Suite 205;
#CA12-47 for property located at 202 West Wall Street;
#CA12-48 for property located at 520 South Main Street, Suite 207;
#CA12-49 for property located at 228 East Franklin Street;
#CA12-50 for property located at 105 South Main Street, Suite A.
IV. PUBLIC HEARING
A. Commission to hold a public hearing relative to a Certificate of Appropriateness
Application #CA12-31 for demolition and construction of a new retail/office structure for
the property located at 105-107, 113-119 South Main Street, legally described as
Leonard, Archibald F Survey, A 946 Tr 7, 7A, 7B, 7C, & 7D & 8, City of Grapevine and
take any necessary action.
B. Commission to consider the request relative to a Certificate of Appropriateness
Application #CA12-55 for property located at 626 Ball Street, legally described as Block
1, Lot 1, Nash Farm Addition and take any necessary action.
V. MINUTES
A. Commission to consider the minutes of the August 15, 2012 Meeting.
