CITIZEN COMMENTS
1. Any person who is not scheduled on the agenda may address the Board under
Citizen Comments by completing a Citizen Appearance Request form with the City
Secretary. In accordance with the Texas Open Meetings Act, the Board is restricted
in discussing or taking action during Citizen Comments.
NEW BUSINESS
2. Consider Resolution No. CCPD 2017-001 approving the City of Grapevine Crime
Control and Prevention District Fiscal Year 2017-2018 Budget and take any
necessary action.
3. Consider the minutes of the August 15, 2017 Board meeting and take any
necessary action.

The Crime Control and Prevention District Board of the City of Grapevine, Texas met on
this the 13th day of September, 2017 in the City Council Chambers, Second Floor, 200
South Main Street, with the following Board members present:

constituting a quorum, and the following members of the City Staff:

CALL TO ORDER
Presiding Officer Tate called the meeting to order at 11:50 a.m.
Item 1. Citizen Comments.
No one spoke during the citizen comments.
Item 2. Consider Resolution No. CCPD 2017-001 approving the City of Grapevine Crime
Control and Prevention District Fiscal Year 2017-2018 Budget and take any necessary
action.
There was no presentation on this item.
Motion was made to approve Resolution No. CCPD2017-001 approving the Fiscal Year
2017-2018 Budget.

A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF THE CITY OF
GRAPEVINE CRIME CONTROL AND PREVENTION
DISTRICT BOARD ADOPTING AND PROPOSING A BUDGET
FOR THE FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING OCTOBER 1, 2017
AND ENDING SEPTEMBER 30, 2018; AND PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE
Item 3. Consider the minutes of the August 15, 2017 Board meeting and take any
necessary action.
There was no presentation on this item.
Motion was made to approve the minutes of the August 15, 2017 Board meeting.
