CITY OF GRAPEVINE
The Board of Zoning Adjustments of the City of Grapevine,
Texas, met in Regular Session on this the 2nd day of Septem-
ber, 1982 at 7:00 p.m. in the Conference Room, 413 Main Street,
with the following persons present to -wit:
James Buckner Chairman
Doug Lamb Member
Glenn Deavers Member
with Vice Chairman Jesse Woods, Member Gerald Thompson, First
Alternate Joel Stiner, and Second Alternate Rickey Wright
absent, with the following members of the City Staff:
Tommy Hardy Building Official
Karen Spann Secretary
CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order by Chairman James Buckner.
It was noted that four positive votes would be needed to
approve any business. A suggestion was made to table the
agenda until a later date.
Member Glenn Deavers made a motion to table further agenda
items until Wednesday, September 8, 1982 at 8:00 p.m. The
motion was seconded by Member Doug Lamb and prevailed by
the following vote.
Ayes Buckner, Lamb, Deavers
Nays None
Absent: Woods, Thompson, Stiner, & Wright
ADJOURNMENT
The Board being unable to consider further business, Member
Doug Lamb made a motion to adjourn. Member Glenn Deavers
seconded the motion, which prevailed by the following vote:
Ayes Buckner, Lamb, Deavers
Nays None
Absent: Woods, Thompson, Stiner, & Wright
PASSED AND APPROVED BY THE BOARD OF ZONING ADJUSTMENTS OF
THE CITY OF GRAPEVINE, TEXAS on this the 8th day of
September , 1982.
