Chairman Thompson asked Mr. Baddaker to speak in the absence of Mr. Vilbig relative to Mr. Vilbig's property located west of Redbird Lane and north of Dove Pond which is land -locked with the only accessibility via an easement across adjoining property. Mr. Baddaker advised that since there is no direct access or frontage on a public street, it would presently be impossible to meet the Zoning Ordinance's provision for a minimLun 65 foot frontage; therefore, Mr. Vilbig would require a variance to the requirement to build a home to replace his mobile home which was recently destroyed by fire. Mir. Baddaker thanked the Board for calling this special meting for consideration of this one case prior to Planning and Zoning Commission and City Council consideration of the Vilbig plat this same evening. The Director of Public Works further advised that in studying the situation, there was no feasibility for elimination of the land -locked situation in the near future.
