The Oath of Truth was administered to Mr. Billy Mc Pherson. I I fats! -Otis *01" The only item on the evening's agenda for public hearing was Board of Zoning Adjustment case BZA 83-10 submitted by Mr. Billy Mc Pherson. Gerald Thompson, Chairman, opened the public hearing, and Mr. Mc Pherson requested the floor explaining that the request was to park a commercial vehicle on residential property located at 1334 Mulholland, the location of the Mc Pherson home. Mr. Richardson noted that after a discussion with Adrienne Leonard of the City Attorney's office, it was decided that the Board of Adjustment could grant a variance to Section 10-101 (2), Appendix A, if the request did not violate Section 23-80, Grapevine Traffic Code; however, at this time there is some confusion as to what is the correct legal description of the property. The hearing was advertised for Shamrock Shores, Lot 64, and the applicant's address does not coincide with that lot number. The City Attorney's office advised that if there is a mistake, the case should be tabled and re -advertised to comply with the law requiring all property owners be notified. Mr. Mc Pherson did agree that this had been his mistake in supplying the wrong legal description. Following a brief discussion, the secretary reported that one letter of opposition had been received from C. L. Matheson and E.R. Matheson, owners of 1203 Laguna Vista. There being no further discussion, Chairman Thompson called for a motion to the effect that BZA 83-10 should be re -advertised as Lot 69, of Shamrock Shores Addition, and the appropriate notification sent to the adjoining property owners, thereby tabling the subject case to a future meeting. There was a brief discussion relative to calling a special meeting, however, it was the Board's and Mr. Matheson's general consensus to set the case for a regular meting. BZA Minutes 11-3-83 Page 2 Chairman Gerald Thompson so moved to table Board of Zoning Adjustment case BZA83-10 to the meting next regular BZA meeting on December 1, 1983, and Steve Hall seconded the motion which prevailed by the following vote: Ayes: Thompson, Tischler, Waldrip and Hall Nays: None Absent: Lanb, Deavers and Troy The next and final it for consideration by the and was the Minutes of the meting of October 18, 1983.
