ments of the City of Grapevine, Texas met with the following
members present:
Harold Kaker, Chairman
Floyd Deacon
A. J. Harper
Bill Yancey Members
Thomas Taylor
Chairman Kaker called the meeting to order and stated the
meeting had been called for the purpose of considering an
appeal from Joe L. Wright for a variance in rear yatd require-
ments on a building permit.
Mr. Wright stated his application for a building permit had
been rejected by the building official because of the rear yard
requirements.
After discussion on the request was complete, and no property
owners were present who objected to the request, Floyd Deacon
made a motion to grant the request for a variance in rear yard
requirements. The motion was seconded by Bill Yancey. Chair-
man Kaker put the motion to a vote of the Board and the motion
carried by the following vote:
Ayes: Floyd Deacon, Bill Yancey, A. J. Harper, Thomas Taylor.
Noes: None
Meeting adjourned.
