Open discussion of Case No. ZBA 74-01
Mr. Ingram presented his case and ask for a varance of side yard
requirments to build a barn. The ordinance states, a barn must
have 1001 side, fornt and rear yard clearance, Mr. Ingram ask for
251 side clearence on the L.H. side and 501 rear yard.
Motion was made by Mr. Kaker to except the short yard clearance
with a restriction of maxium 4 animals.
Second by Mr. Deacon
Mr. Ingram agreed to motion.
Vote all present yes.
Case No. ZBA 74-02
Open discussion of Case No. ZBA 74-02
Mr. Rafael Ward presented his case that being a varance of the
rear yard from 15' to 11 for a building to be built within 11 of
the rear property line.
Motion was made by Mr. Deacon to allow the building to be built
at the 11 varance.
Second by Mr. Cox
Vote all present yes.
