AMENDED BY CHAPTER 227, ACTS OF THE 61ST LEGISLATURE,
REGULAR SESSION, THE BOARD OF ZONING ADJUSTMENTS MEET-
ING AGENDA WAS PREPARED AND POSTED ON THIS THE 11TH
DAY OF AUGUST, 1977 AT 10:00 A.M.

BOARD OF ZONING ADJUSTMENTS

Chairman Harper opened the meeting and gave a brief account of the previous meeting
in which the application BZA-77-8 by Kenneth Doss first appeared. A short dis-
cussion followed.
Conrad Heede made a motion to approve the application for a three(3) foot variance
in the rear yard requirement and a two(2) foot variance in the front yard require-
ment for a fireplace only. The motion was seconded by Jerry Spencer.
Ayes: Harper, Heede, Spencer, Woods
Nays: None
Next the board discussed meeting on a regular monthly basis. After discussion
Jesse Woods made a motion to meet once a month at 5:00 P.M. on the second Monday
of the month. Conrad Heede seconded the motion.
Ayes: Harper, Heede, Spencer, Woods
Nays: None
There being no further business the meeting was adjourned.
