The Board of Zoning Adjustments of the City of Grapevine, Texas
met on this the 20th day of April, 1978 with the following
persons present to -wit:
James Buckner Acting Chairman
Jesse Woods Member
Charles Cox Member
Joe Lipscomb Secretary
Guests in attendance were Mr, and Mrs. Ken Ward and Mr. Howard
Collins.
Acting Chairman James Buckner called the meeting or order.
The first order of business was consideration of BZA Application
# 78-1 submitted by Mr. Howard B. Collins.
It was noted that a motion for approval or denial of an application
before the Board of Zoning Adjustments must be carried by a four
member vote.
There being only three members in attendance,, Member Jesse Woods
made a motion to reschedule the public hearing for April 241 1978
at 12:00 noon. The motion was seconded by Member Charles Cox
and prevailed by the following vote:
Ayes: Buckner,, Woods,'Cox
Nays: None
Absent: Harper and Spencer
There being no further business Member Jesse Woods made a motion
to adjourn. The motion was seconded by Member Charles Cox. All
members in attendance voted aye.
