A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
GRAPEVINE, TEXAS, AMENDING THE GOLF COURSE
CONCESSION AGREEMENT AND PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE
WHEREAS, the City of Grapevine, Texas and PRP Food Service, Inc. have a
contractual agreement for the use and food and beverage operation of the Concourse
Meeting Facility at the Grapevine Golf Course by an agreement dated November 17, 1992
and amended February 4, 1997, June 6, 2002 and June 5, 2007; and
WHEREAS, the contractual agreement calls for the payment of a monthly rental fee;
and,
WHEREAS, the monthly payment by PRP Food Service, Inc. has become in
arrears; and
WHEREAS, the City and PRP Food Service, Inc. have agreed to allow the City to
take back the use and concession operation of the Concourse Meeting Facility.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF GRAPEVINE, TEXAS:
Section 1. That all matters stated in the above preamble are true and correct and
are incorporated herein as if copied in their entirety.
Section 2. That the Agreement between the City of Grapevine and PRP Food
Service, Inc. is amended to delete all reference, authorization and responsibility to the
Concourse Meeting Facility at the Grapevine Golf Course Facility by PRP Food Service,
Inc.
Section 3. That this resolution shall take effect from and after the date of its
passage.
PASSED AND APPROVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
GRAPEVINE, TEXAS on this the 18th day of May, 2010.
