The Site Plan Review Committee of the City of Grapevine, Texas met in Session, on
this the 8th day of November 2017, in the Planning and Zoning Conference Room, 200
South Main Street, Second Floor, Grapevine, Texas with the following members
present -to -wit:
Larry Oliver
Darlene Freed
Chairman
Member
Constituting a quorum with Scott Williams absent and the following City Staff:
Ron Stombaugh Development Services Assistant Director
Albert Triplett Jr. Planner II
Susan Batte Planning Technician
CALL TO ORDER
Chairman Oliver called the meeting to order at 2:32 p.m.
NEW BUSINESS
CONDITIONAL USE APPLICATION CU17-23 — M A PATTERSON
First for the Committee to consider was conditional use application CU17-23 for
property located at 840 Mustang Drive and platted as Lot 10R3, Block 6, Metroplace 2nd
Installment. The applicant was requesting a conditional use permit to allow an
additional monument sign
After a brief discussion, Darlene Freed moved to approve conditional use application
CU17-23. Larry Oliver seconded the motion, which prevailed by the following vote:
Ayes: Oliver and Freed
Nays: None
CONSIDERATION OF MINUTES
Next for the Committee to consider were the Site Plan Review Committee minutes of
October 12, 2017.
Approval of minutes for October 12, 2017 was tabled to the next public hearing.

With no further business to discuss, Larry Oliver adjourned the meeting at 2:35 p.m.
