X The onsite utility easements are necessary to provide for a utility system to serve this development and connect to existing utilities on surrounding property. X The onsite drainage easements are necessary to provide for storm drainage improvements to serve the development of the site. X The onsite access easements are necessary to provide cross access capabilities to this site and surrounding property.
