SUBJECT: CHANGE THE START TIME OF THE OCTOBER 2 MEETING
RECOMMENDATION: City Council to consider changing the time of the October 2, 2018 City
Council meeting to 5:30 p.m. to allow the City Council to attend
neighborhood National Night Out functions.
FUNDING SOURCE:
BACKGROUND: Grapevine celebrates National Night Out on the first Tuesday of October
with neighborhoods throughout the City holding neighborhood events.
Having the regularly scheduled Council meeting begin at 5:30 p.m. instead
of 7:30 p.m. will allow Council Members to take part in many of the events
happening that evening.
